@RaheemRashid @ITVCentral This is tragic. The age verification has been an issue from the start. It is not a new issue. The rental e-scooters have never been safe and they should have been closed down a long time ago.

Question - how easy is it to get your hands on a rentable e-scooter? Mates are literally handing over e-scooters to friends to ride in the towns & cities where trials are ongoing. When people say you have to have a provisional license to ride one, how do you know if they do?

Work just replaced the iffy platform lift I have to use to get in to the building. New one needs a key so I have to attract the attention of security staff and wait for them to find the key. They've actually made the building less accessible.

@InvincibleWheel People will only work their normal hours and will not be picking up any overtime shifts. There aren’t enough staff to cover the railway in full as DfT won’t fund it so a lot of shifts are only filled through goodwill & overtime. Ppl won’t be picking up extra shifts on any dates.
