Have many thoughts here + higher acuity psychiatric management... The biggest challenges are around adherence/compliance, which perfectly support your inertia claim. I think a full end-to-end mental health program that maintains the patient regardless of acuity, scales them to higher acuity proactively, and overall treats a chronic condition as chronic and not episodic, as is the status quo today, is a directionally right solution. @Amae_Health / salmahealth.com / jiminihealth.com / @charliehealth are all getting us closer, but not quite there yet

My guess is that taking a FINRA-administered exam before starting in venture loosely, positively correlates to industry longevity and founder NPS.
