@hehowkay @OctopusElectro This has happened to me last night and this morning and now it's the weekend I can't get a response from anyone till Monday. A Google search shows electroverse may have a data breach they're not notifying customers of as this has been happening to a lot of people!

@McDonaldsUK is it possible to get a reprint of a receipt from a store (or a digital receipt) I need to claim an order back on expenses but the drive thru I went to didn't include the receipt in the bag like normal and I've only just realised?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam what am I paying over £130 a month for? We have had nothing but issues for years, you always promise better but it never is. Absolutely ridiculous. No line upgrades in over 8 years despite still only getting speeds of less than 20mb too. Disgusting

@SkyHelpTeam Not even the wired up devices are connecting. Clearly the hub is broken AGAIN. Despite being replaced mere months ago. My only option is to call you which I can't do because I can't sit on hold for hours as I have a baby to take care of.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, I've done that multiple times. None of the automated help actually helps. It tells me there's an issue, runs diagnostics, says all fine then go back on and it's back to having an issue. This has been going on years so I need to speak to someone senior

@HMRCcustomers I do but unfortunately due to the error that's occurred that doesn't contain the information I need and I have no alternative but to call and try and speak to someone. Just today I'm on my 5th attempt and over 2.5hours of hold time.
