@KHuball Sorry, again you'll get loads of advice to foam roll, hot, cold etc etc. If it's causing pain, don't do much until you've had a diagnosis. And obviously ignore the NHS, much as I love them, if you can. You'll be old before you get seen!

@KHuball Definitely Osteopath. They will be able to diagnose and correct if they're any good. I've seen a fair few in my time!! Beyond that, get strong! Core, flexibility etc. Most back issues are related to tight muscles and a lack of functional and core strength!
