@wizzair Our claim to get money back for the taxi that we had to take from gatwick airport at 2:30am was rejected, even though staff member at the airport assured us we'll get money back. It's totally against your T&C on the webpage.
This is regarding flight on 25/07/2019. How?
@wizzair Also, flight was rescheduled to 1pm today, but for us it's pointless now to go, can we reschedule it for different dates?(it was return ticket)
@wizzair our flight from Gatwick to Gdansk has been cancelled, we didn't get any information for hours and now waiting at the checkin desk waiting for someone to come and give any information, but there is NO ONE here!!!
We also didn't get any water or snack.
@wizzair No, no one from wizzair stuff came. We left the airport around 3am adter we received text message that flight was rescheduled.
We took a taxi to get back home, as there was no other way to get back from there, will wizzair give us back the money for it?
@wizzair@msulkowski How can you ask anyone this question when you very well know that you intentionally and systematically avoid having ANY of your employees on ANY airport. Nobody at an airport I have been admits working for you. Ever.
