My math says $DGXX no longer has an active ATM. And it is trading at just 0.8x forward revenue. This changes everything. The program was $175M total. By May 15, the 10-Q showed $102.86M already drawn. That left roughly $72M of remaining capacity. Now follow the trail: Shares outstanding went from 90.4M (May 15, official) to ~99M today. That is ~8.4M new shares. Cash went from $125M to $155M while they buried $50M more of capex into Alabama. That requires roughly $80M of inflows. Roughly $72M of ATM plus warrant exercises plus the SubQ upfront payment. The math closes almost to the dollar. Conclusion: the ATM is drained. The machine has stopped printing shares. And here is the detail that explains the entire crash: $72M across 8.4M shares is an average sale price near $8.50. They sold the whole thing into the May peak. The seller that crushed this stock from $9.20 to $3.77 was not the market. It was the ATM. And it is out of bullets. Nanagement knows it. Amar, in this week's interview: "We cannot keep on diluting to grow our business". His stated catalyst number one for the next six months: a debt financing partner, in his words, "so we mitigate dilution". His exact stance: "I'm working very hard on it and I'm very optimistic". The program is empty. The CEO says the next money is debt. And any new share issuance would require a brand new prospectus filing, visible to everyone the day it happens. Now look at what is left standing: ~99M shares. ~$373M market cap at $3.77. Minus $155M cash, zero debt. Enterprise value around $218M. Against FY27 guidance of $250-300M revenue, that is your 0.8x forward. Sub 1x. With a $1.1B contract signed. No overhang. No debt. Cash covers December. The pressure that caused the fall has an expiration date. The thesis that justifies the rise does not. Not financial advice. DYOR. I'm long $DGXX.

$DGXX is already making some serious cash and numbers back it up. If we compare the cash and outstanding shares between May 15th 10-Q and July 17th S-3 filing, we can make two findings: 1. The delta on cash plus capex is $85M. This money came from somewhere. 2. The delta on

$DGXX CEO MICHEL AMAR: ALABAMA DATA CENTER WORTH $1.0B TO $1.2B WHEN FINISHED! PHASE 1 ON TRACK. WILL RUN ON THE LATEST $CBRS CHIPS! DigiPowerX, the $330M market cap company is currently building a data center in Alabama for their colocation deal with $CBRS. They have already deployed over $100M of capex in Alabama, and Michel confirmed in the @FrankCurzio interview that they are fully on track for December go-live and have all long-lead equipment already secured. Phase 2 will be delivered in March, and Michel mentioned that once the Alabama data center is finished, it alone will be worth between $1.0 and $1.2 billion. Michel said the dilution from earlier this year has created 3 to 4x value for shareholders. He sees Alabama to generate EBITDA of $50 to $60M per year. $DGXX market cap is $330M, their current cash balance is $155M and they remain debt-free. They keep executing and the market is sleeping. $DGXX at $3.60 = ~$364M market cap, fully diluted. Now let's do the math the market refuses to do. Zero debt. ~$155M in cash. ~$100M of capex already paid this year, out of pocket. Strip out the cash and the enterprise value is ~$210M. Two hundred and ten million. For what, exactly? → A $1.1B signed contract with Cerebras, extendable to $2.5B. → A 40 MW Tier 3 data center being built RIGHT NOW, Phase 1 delivering in December. → Blackstone just paid $27M/MW. Finished, Alabama alone is worth $1B-$1.2B. → Alabama's projected EBITDA: $50-60M per year. From ONE site. → AI revenues already flowing since May. → ~400 MW of secured power across four states. → FY27 guidance: $250-300M run rate. At ~$210M EV, you're paying roughly 3.5-4x the EBITDA of a single site... and getting the contract, the other ~360 MW, NeoCloudz, and the entire platform for free. @chinoalemano Smells like max panic and worst sentiment right now... $DGXX's financials and fundamentals compared to its market cap surely make it the best investment opportunity in the data center industry right now... Even if it takes another year, this isn't staying under $10 for long

A couple days later and the bloodbath for $DGXX $KEEL $VIVO $HIVE has worsened 🩸 Even the highest VIVO at $4.10 is now a 144% gain off from the magic $10 mark I suspect we're truly in for an extended wait until the macro conditions allow for fair valuations to be reached...

Well! 12 days later and $KEEL $VIVO and $HIVE have remained about steady whereas $DGXX has taken a ~8% haircut! Will the weakness remain? I think once Blackrock completes its DD / filled its position, and approves their financing then we see a quick retrace, but no promises 😂

I do wonder whether $CBRS would make an acquisition offer to $DGXX, considering DGXX's current valuation of ~$340M (assuming share count of 91.09M), or $3.74/share. Would be a kick in the teeth for DGXX shareholders if the offer came anything below $10 mind, but any offer may cause a quick rerate.

It seems the valuations of Neoclouds/ AI infrastructure stocks are in free fall until the South Korean degens get sufficiently liquidated The daily change in KOSPI has matched the performance of $DGXX KEEL IREN HIVE VIVO WYFI etc. over recent days And it has been brutal for a stock such as DGXX, down 43% in the last month. Definitely need a thick stomach and healthy liquidity to last through this turbulent macro landscape and associated drawdown. For those on the wrong-end of volatility for the first time, my simplified thought is: Assuming you're investing for a longer period than six months, and if DGXX reaches $15+ at some point during the next two years, why get negatively emotional about one very poor months performance? The REALISTIC and contractually-signed revenues are incoming no matter what. The company will be generating at least $200M revenue next year, will have assets worth over $500M and subsequently will warrant a valuation at least three times higher than it is currently. The market is irrational in the short-term, don't let it misguide you on where it is heading in the longer-term. Shorts and sellers above $8 are in absolute dreamland right now. Recent hedges have been performing well too. I wonder when we see bears' profits turn into bottom buyers... My guess is soon, significantly within the next three weeks, but admittedly I thought that would happen at ~$6!

Shorts have been printing money this month on $DGXX, incredible weakness! Will it continue throughout this next month going into their Q2 earnings, which will confirm their first AI revenues, due to be released mid-August? I think betting against further downside is now the play

@purplemacaw1 The data is from Q1 this year. That is before the Cerebras news validated their intended colocation revenue. I'm interested to study the next 13-F's with more current data when they are released mid-August

Blackrock will pump the fuck out of $DGXX after they have established their position... And as Warsh completes his evolution into a hyper-dove amidst cooling inflation and hyperscalers confirm their AI-capex is sky high in their upcoming earnings, small-cap AI infra stocks like DGXX will see monstrous rallies... ~$4 could turn into $15 within a couple months given the right catalysts and conditions. Or it could not. If you think a company that will be generating $250M-$300M high gross margin revenue next year is worth much less than ~$400M, then by all means sell here, and chase other opportunities. I am sure institutions and MMs will be all too happy to snap up your shares at these prices. Patience likely pays here if you can withstand the pain of the share price being under $4.50 for a while longer...
