@ConCaracal This is fair. CoJ @CityofJoburgZA using unfair tariffs for PIKITUP @CleanerJoburg and for Sewer. Unfair tariff per bin should be same. Bin-is-a-bin. Sewer tariff is unfairly based on stand size and not kiloliters water used.
