I have accepted that life is just about struggling and coping. If you ever find something along the way that makes you pause and feel like you are actually living and not in a simulation, then you should hold on to that thing really tightly. Take unconventional decisions. Say No to opportunities you once dreamt of. Reverse your decisions when you have to. Quit and restart without regret. Do not justify yourself to others. i was never able to get into a FAANG, didnt even get an interview because I was so bad at data structures & algorithms AND had bad grades but when i DID join a company with a campus that big, i had to go there everyday with 10231293 others like me, entering a building, sitting at my desk for 8 hours and doing absolutely nothing, something flipped. that wasn't for me, i hated every minute of it i'm happy sitting in my village, building things i love and care about i'd rather take that road outside of this building and drive somewhere less chaotic
