Whew. What a week, America. (And all our friends worldwide) Well…she’s still out there. And so is our flag. And after all this stress and news, #VeteransDay is Monday. And the Marine Corps birthday is Sunday. Most of you probably forgot. (Marines, I know you didn’t forget).
This is soooo true. Institutional knowledge is one of the biggest risks companies face. When people that know everything leave, it's a huge time suck to reinvent and remember things that haven't been documented.
If you want to quickly show your value in a company, create documentation outlining process and procedures. Companies love it.
