@EasternAirways why do you charge to check a child car seat into the hold when no other airline I’ve used (even Ryanair!) do? Seems very family unfriendly?

@waitrose why does your app/site always crash right before the cutoff window for finalising orders (between 9-10pm). Does this pretty much Monday- it’s SO infuriating!! Even your website is down right now… if it’s your releases maybe move the release time to after cutoff?!

@Ocado Shame you couldn’t help me any more on the DM. Clearly Ocado don’t think it’s that bad to tell customers they have no idea when their delivery is going to arrive, take their money before the food has been delivered and tell them it’s been delivered when it hasn’t 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Ocado what’s going on?! Terrible delivery this week- you couldn’t even tell me when it would get here when I called 2hrs after it should have been (and you’d marked it as delivered and charged my card already?!) Now finding poor quality items to boot :(

@Ocado Already spoke with your customer service team- apparently couldn’t even get hold of the driver? Offered pretty much nothing by way of compensation. Really poor. Switching to waitrose 👋🏻

@waitrose your Ely store combined with customer service are letting you down big time. Have had issue after issue since you switched my delivery from Newmarket to Ely. Afraid you’ve lost a loyal customer to @Ocado now as a result of your shocking inability to deliver. Sad times.

@NetworkRailKGX Useful update but nothing to address the fact you hadnt bothered to test your backup "phone line"? Imagine a simple test on the line periodically for a few pounds could have saved you hundreds of thousands in delay repay claims....

@TLRailUK how do I submit a taxi claim when making a delay refund claim? There is no option to attach an image when it’s a smart card claim. I tried submitting another claim for just the taxi component but you’ve annoyingly rejected it without reading it 🙄

@jlandpcustserv getting pretty annoyed that 5 days after you were supposed to deliver (and therefore getting rid of my old sofa) I still don’t have a sofa I can use. Not getting good service from your call centre. Please help- not what I expect from JL!!

@jlandpcustserv So turns out the answer to the above is “yes”- you apparently “can’t” solve before the weekend meaning 9 days including 2 weekends with no sofa despite being given a firm date thus arranging for removal of old one. So disappointed 👎🏻 @jlandpartners

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp 8weeks, redirect still not working. Your team- incl CEO office have given up, refused to issue refund despite inability to deliver service and said if I don’t like it to speak to postal review panel. That’s how you deal with customers? Awesome.

@RoyalMail #royalmail #royalfail so your “test” (sending me a laughably small “compensation” cheque) to my old address to “prove” the redirection failed to redirect- my neighbour had to forward yet again. This despite your “CEO OFFICE” confirming the issue is fixed?!

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Shame all they ever do by way of a response is say “please dm us” and when you do they say “please pickup with customer service” who are utterly useless. How exactly can I get you to listen to a customer who’s paid £98 for a redirect u are failing to deliver #royalmail #royalfail

@royalmail, @royalmailHelp Don’t your initial support team look into queries despite claiming an issue is resolved and “nothing more they can do”? The escalation team have asked for same info and now now claiming they need to check with local depot. 4wks still not redirection :(
