@British_Airways you send an apology letter just a few weeks ago about striving to improve, and now you've suddenly announced even higher redemption charges for what is meant to be a "free" flight. The redemption charges were already ridiculously high to begin with. What a joke.

@British_Airways we have a flight on 8th Jan and urgently need to contact customer services. We were on hold for 45 mins before we gave up, and since then the line cuts out no matter what option we select!! Infuriating! We’ve been trying for days now!

@TicketmasterCS I still haven't received my WC tickets or got any sort of notification saying they are on the way. The match is next Friday (SL vs Pak). I've filled out numerous contact forms on the website but have received no response at all! Can't contact ticketmaster either!
