Cerise sur le gâteau : mon FAI qui me conseille de le quitter pour le gestionnaire du réseau pour que ce soit lui qui s’occupe de la bascule vers la fibre, pour le quitter ensuite pour revenir (au FAI de départ, si vous me suivez). C’est beau, non ?
Si ceux qui s’occupent des raccordements le faisaient avec un peu plus de soin, on hésiterait peut-être moins à passer à la fibre.
Je ne remercie pas l’équipe qui est intervenue dans ma rue hier matin pour remplacer le poteau téléphonique qui avait été arraché par un camion il ya quelques semaines. Plus d’ADSL depuis leur intervention pour potentiellement 3 semaines, selon mon FAI. WTF ?
