The comments here are frustrating because almost everyone is aligned with the same outcome, but nearly every comment thinks it's super simple. Girls, just don't compete and everything will go away! Wrong.

And many of the girls in the league empathize with the transgender athlete and support this. Adults at the WIAA created the rules and this is where the battle should be fought.

Plus, many of the girls empathize with the transgender athlete. I don't think you're grasping the entirety of the situation. Resulting in a lack of empathy.

@StudentRentPro Have had the same thing happen multiple times. An appraiser selects comps from available recent sales. If they choose properties near the railroad tracks it's severely cuts your value. And in my experience there is no recourse. Order another one
