My YubiKey finally earns its keep. When I finally used it to encrypt a file, I realized classic YubiKey crypto is not quantum-safe — "harvest now, decrypt later" is a real attack. So I built the fix. ->>
All three required to decrypt. Steal one factor, get nothing. Post-quantum "harvest now" is pointless at the data layer. Plus lockout-safe brick-check and a dependency-free test suite proving the whole pipeline round-trips.

just bought a used whoop 4.0 for 50 bucks and plugged it into Noop. All my health data locally, no clouds, no subscriptions. I can run an also local qwen 3.6 35b against them with analysis, you name it. This is the future
@racamfer i did some research, actually whoop 4 and 5 has exactly the same data footprint in NOOP, whoop 5 MG relies on proprietary in memory data to relay the EKG and the Bloodpressure data is also not transmitted over BLE but rather sleepdata processed with proprietary algos
@racamfer yes i want to update the firmware once.. its difficult to get it in pairing mode.. the ios app is also hard to use.. I am currently using the macOs app
@racamfer Yes.. i now want to update the whoop firmware from the whoop app and i will manually set the sleep times for some time to calibrate the system, it gets them wrong. Besides that its pretty solid. The noop app on ios is a bit trickier to connect though
