@fatih Zed’s approach feels the most natural. Every LLM chat in one list and each chat tied to a worktree. I keep a pool of 5 worktrees and re-use them when a PR or stack is done. No worktree ever sits in the primary branch to avoid git errors.
Never tried heroin, but the way people describe it sounds like how I felt the first time I got a Sazabi alert that came with a root cause analysis and a PR fixing the bug.

I’m optimistic that as agents do more E2E testing autonomously, and have more direct access to observability and customer feedback, they can at least start to figure out what matters on their own empirically. Does make for a bumpy ride for early users….
