Noida Authority is a government organisation which is responsible for the actions to facilitate the residents and not cause them troubles. The case in point is Occupancy Certificate of Godrej Palm Retreat not being issued and delaying.

@Anirudh_Bhatnag @noida_authority @CeoNoida @godrejpropeties @UPRERAofficial I spent my whole life earnings in buying a retirement home from Godrej and it is almost ready but not being handed over. It’s so much hard to live on a rental house and keep paying the EMI for a house which is ready for occupation but Noida Authority not giving OC.

@VishalBhargava5 Godrej has been a very very big disappointment for the people in Noida also. Their project of Godrej Palm Retreat in Sector 150 Noida, which is not being handed over is such a sad story. @GodrejProp Hope you are listening
