@Benn_X1 At a micro scale I can see how that is insignificant it is, especially considering what you have at your disposal. I just worry about the possibility that making purchases because you can and it's cheap and not because they offer a needed value can be a terrible habit to build.

@FinPlanKaluAja1 The doctors are not leaving just because of money. Nigeria just makes no sense. It doesn't provide them stable electricity, security, infrastructure or even a good working environment. Equipments are decades old, everywhere stinks. One high end hospital isn't going to keep them
