Update: Yes I'm on the flight. But it took the gate agent 3 scans of my passport before the system retrieved me. After the 2nd scan she asked, "Are you sure this is the correct flight?" 🤔

So what does training for the biggest poker event on the planet look like? In Feb, I got a job as a poker dealer at a local casino. I'm still doing software testing contracts & the casino is very accommodating on hours & flexibility. I also play 1/2x / week! #DreamBig

Had some late night training for my new adventure. It was a physical & mental grind! But I held on & managed a 2nd place finish out of 26 & made some $$! Not too bad for being fairly new to the sport! Software testing has taught me to endure! #girlswhoplaysports #testing

Yesterday I was fired for standing up for the type of testing I believe in & was even hired to do. They weren't ready to trust or shift to something new. At first I was afraid. What will I do? I'm a single Mom, 2 teenaged boys who eat a lot!
