@ric_cole Relax the rules for welfare/recreation use of Service vehicles in overseas locations. Troops on 4-6 months rotations can't be expected to have their own cars and paying exorbitant benefit in kind payments to the Treasury for vehicles that can only go to 3 locations is madness.
