spot on. people overthink because it feels productive, like they're in control of something. the idea of letting go because you control nothing is scarier. then you have to just roll with things, rather than tying yourself in knots trying to prevent every corner case
podcast clips particularly on insta have trained ppl to overanalyze every facet of life until their normal human experience feels like a full on diagnosis. everything turns into a framework, a trauma response, a red flag, a nervous system issue, etc. like i just saw a clip of
It's a life-long journey with no guaranteed payoff and no point at which you're done. But it'll help you no matter your career, no matter your path, in every part of your life.
