@thequeenbeetle Some wheelchair users can handle lifting their chairs and walking the short distance to their seat unassisted. A crutch user could support themselves on the car to make it to their seat. What really doesn't make sense is how this is different from any other car.

@ndsnas The old passes were the same way. You had to travel more than to and from work to fully offset the cost. This at least means you don't need to worry about paying the up front cost and not taking enough trips to offset the cost.

@PubWanghaf I really doubt a complete not guilty is on the table here. The jurors are likely debating can she be held criminally liable and to what degree (murder or manslaughter). To say they are arguing whether it's bad to strangle your kids is really a misunderstanding of this case.
