@littmath I agree. Specifically, in my master's math program, I usually felt like "stupid questions" just meant you were asking from a different angle from most ppl in the room, like a geometric approach when others were more algebraic, etc (and multiple angles are usually good)

@npew I think it's important to make a distinction between the API and ChatGPT. The API seems unchanged, but ChatGPT feels significantly nerfed over time to me. I'm definitely willing to accept that I could be imagining this. ChatGPT being a black box is an issue here to me.
So far, this has been one of my favorite years in a really long time
honestly feels like what makes ch*tgpt good is that it's like google search but hasn't become a SEO hellhole yet
