@SonjaCowling @drjlh2010 and the reasons people were put in there. In particular women when their husbands had no use for them any more or they had post natal depression or going thro the menopause- shocking !

@SonjaCowling i wonder how many patients actually got to use them tho , but know what you mean . We have tried to de stigmatise by adding mental health wings on to hospitals with no lovely grounds

@mojos55 if uniform is done so it is not elitist it works well and sets children and young people up for careers where uniform might have to be worn. I do agree that it can be elitist especially the private schools but they are unnecessary. No one wears a straw boater :)

@mojos55 i agree Maureen I think school uniform saves thecompetition that parents cant afford. We have a local facebook community group that runs a uniform exchange too. - Great idea.
