Bro to bro: do you know that a 50kg bag of cement will conveniently lay 50 blocks? A bag of cement now is at N12,500, Labour for laying a block as at today is averaging N150.00 per block. For 50 blocks: 150 x 50 = N7,500. Back to our sample: For a standard 4 bedroom bungalow: 4,500 blocks will require: 4,500/50 = 90 bags of cement. Which will cost: 90 x 12500 = N1,125,000 Labour will cost: 4500 x 150 = N675,000 Total for cement and Labour: 1,125,000 + 675,000 = N1,800,000.00 Have you started planning your building?

AVOID VOICE NOTES AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. Now let me speak as a lawyer. In law, evidence is everything. Under the Evidence Act 2011, what you say, what you record, and what you send can be used as evidence. Yes. That voice note. That 3-minute angry voice note. That “I was just joking” voice note. That midnight insult voice note. It can enter court. Electronic messages, including voice notes, are admissible in evidence if properly tendered. You may send it in anger. You may regret it in the morning. But the law does not delete emotions because you have calmed down. I have seen marriages shaking because of: 1. Voice notes used in divorce proceedings. 2. Voice notes used to prove threats. 3. Voice notes used to prove admission. In law, once you speak and it is recorded, it can become Exhibit A. @BSAT_Properties @AlhajimaiHonda What about a situation where the rent expired after a year and he paid half a year renewal to complete the ful payment later,but the landlord is insisting he must complete it with immediate effect otherwise he will be serve a notice of quit(1M). According to the law is it legal?
