There’s basically no incentive to rent properties to people anymore. You’d be mad to, quite frankly. International remittance for people on benefits should be 90%. If you’ve earned the money yourself and paid tax on it, then it’s yours to do as you please. A requirement to check for whether an individual is on benefits would also cut a huge amount of international fraud and theft.

It’s because poisonous ideology that destroys the value of anything it touches has totally infiltrated the institutions that preside over these professions. The indoctrinated lanyard wearing MDs coercing children into unwarranted life altering interventions, the judges freeing criminals early to harm the innocent, game developers and social media moguls pushing woke bullshit and censorship - they all provide little value to to society compared to what they used to, and so their status is very low. That doesn’t apply to everyone, there are many, many exceptions, but we see what’s happened to the west and we’re learning exactly who is responsible.

Anyone studying anything at university that isn’t a hard science or engineering (and even then…) is low status by default because the faculties are so utterly compromised by low status political ideologies. Has the judiciary presided over the betterment of west society over the last 30 years? Did medicine preserve its prestige over the Covid? Same issue. Rotten ideology has destroyed all the hallowed institutions of the west. Association with them is now demeaning to your status in society, especially when whatever presides over the ashes finally rears its head.
