@seibur_ però una part important de la hipoteca (la que no son interrssos) no es perd, te la quedes immobilitzada a la propietat pero es patrimoni, no? no et salva de necessitar diners per pagar ibis pero es un descompte del preu del lloguer que estalvies guardantlo a la casa?
