@HistoricHub The frontier broke this system. In Europe power sat in carriages. In the West power belonged to whoever could hold land and survive.

I’m still learning about this history every day while building the story. Black cowboys. Frontier culture. Music. Power. Ownership. OPEN COUNTRY.
The main character realizes something most riders don’t see yet. Working the land doesn’t mean owning it. And once you see that truth the world starts to look different.
