@cianobriain @McInnesWatson Love it, Cian.! The full foot landing allows for a big change in shin angle, and at my age it allows me to manage the collision with the ground in a way that doesn’t put me in the locker for a week! 😂

Reflections was always uncomfortable because there was so much I could’ve done better. Most of the time you’ll find the answers you most need where you least want to look.
