@cbenderatl @goodevanslyke @instagram @MidtownATL This looks pretty stupid. Cities (especially Atlanta) have plenty of empty lots and under-zoned areas for housing. A highway overpass is probably one of the most hostile places to build a home. Lack of housing is not because of a lack of space, but a lack of political willpower.
