People hop on too many 30 min catch up calls Oftentimes if you just ask via email "let me know what your ideal outcome is here", people will be straightforward & reply w/ exactly what they want async (a check, an intro, a job, etc) Saves everyone time & gets right to the point

I don't understand peple that harm you/do you wrong, but then act like you harmed them or they're angry with you for years -- when you should actually be angry with them. What is that behavior?
