🟢🔴 Every project doing a TGE in 2026 deserves applause because the market conditions have certainly not been favourable. That being said, some deserve more applause than others for obvious reasons. Every learning we have from TGEs in 2026 🔽 From $MEGA and $SENT to $GWEI, $RE and $BP, the names everyone farmed and the names nobody noticed - the difference was surprising to see. ✦ The expensive, VC-stacked, heavily-shilled TGEs got wrecked: ➢ Flying Tulip ( $FT, Andre Cronje ) launched near $3B FDV, now down 67% ➢ MegaETH ( $MEGA ), $1.64B FDV, down 66% ➢ Pharos ( $PROS ), $998M, down 51% ➢ Sentient ( $SENT ) ($85M raise, Thiel money, AGI dreams), down 43% ✦ The cheap, quiet launches nobody was tweeting about ran: ➢ Bitway ( $BTW ), $101M FDV, up 900% ➢ ETHGas ( $GWEI ), $167M, up 617% ➢ Real Finance ( $REAL ), launched at just $44M FDV, up 464% ➢ Backpack ( $BP ), up 126%, the only "blue chip" that actually held 1️⃣ Narrative rotation, and it was savage. RWA, insurance and prediction markets won (Real Finance up 464%, Re Protocol up 55%). The most hyped narrative of the entire cycle, AI and AGI, got taken behind the shed (Sentient down 43%, Gensyn down 39%). Privacy bled too (Aztec down 31%, Nexus down 57%). Money rotated out of stories and into things with actual cashflow. 2️⃣ Novel beat crowded. If you shipped a first-of-kind primitive, you ate: gas derivatives (ETHGas up 617%), on-chain reinsurance (Re Protocol). If you shipped the fourteenth L2 (Fluent down 60%, Katana down 70%) or another me-too perp DEX (edgeX down 26%), you got what you deserved. 3️⃣ Supply design mattered more than fundamentals. Look at MegaETH. It has real demand. Around $24M in annualized fees, the best fee multiple in the whole cohort. It still fell 66%. Why? Binance and Coinbase listed it the same day, which handed public-sale buyers and airdrop farmers a deep pool to dump into, and roughly 11% of supply unlocked at once. The listing pop plus the unlock buried the fundamentals. Best asset on the list, worst launch structure on the list. Both can be true. 4️⃣ The TGE is now the exit, not the entry. The launches that let airdrops unlock immediately got dumped on hardest. The exception makes the point: ETHGas locked its airdrop for 30 days and it's up 617%. Lock your supply or get used as exit liquidity. There's no third option anymore. It was the boring checklist: low entry FDV, real usage, locked supply, the right narrative. Tick those and you won. Skip them and the chart told on you. The lesson fits on one line: buy the boring, fade the frenzy.

This Chart Screams $10k and Altseason 👀 The last time this weekly bullish divergence showed up was in 2020 And after that, it moved over 40X to reach ATH Now, we will be a little conservative and take our target for $10,000 I know, the chart looks boring right now. ETH has corrected hard from the 2025 highs, sentiment is exhausted, and most traders are treating every bounce like another exit opportunity. But the weekly chart is quietly doing something important. It is showing a bullish divergence. Price has been making lower lows. Weekly RSI is making higher lows. That means the selling pressure is still visible on price, but momentum is already improving underneath. This is exactly what happened before the 2020 altseason. Back then, ETH looked dead for months. Retail ignored it. Bitcoin was getting most of the attention. But while price was stuck in a slow range, weekly momentum had already started turning upward. Then the market finally caught up. ETH went from a boring accumulation structure to one of the strongest moves of the entire cycle. Now we are seeing a similar setup again. → PRICE LOOKS WEAK That is what makes people lose interest. Most investors only return after the breakout has already happened. → MOMENTUM LOOKS STRONGER The weekly RSI is refusing to follow price lower. That tells us sellers may be losing control before price confirms it. → THE SETUP LOOKS EARLY The best ETH moves have never started when everyone felt bullish. They started when the chart looked damaged, boring and impossible to trust. This does not mean ETH goes straight to $10,000 tomorrow. But it does mean the market may be building the same kind of base that created the last major altseason. The crowd wants confirmation. The chart is showing preparation. And if this divergence plays out like 2020, Ethereum may not just recover. It may lead the next altcoin expansion. The road to $10,000 ETH starts when nobody believes in the road.
