Here's what's actually inside it: 📜 A digital asset stops being treated as a security once its blockchain is legally "mature." 🔓 Mature means: open-source code, pre-established transparent rules, functioning transaction validation and governance, and no single person or group controlling 20%+ of the supply. Sound familiar💡? That's not a new idea to #Tezos. That's the architecture it's had since mainnet launch in 2018. ⚖️ Open-source code? Yes. 🗳️ Transparent, pre-established rules enforced through on-chain voting? Yes. 🔧 Functioning validation spread across hundreds of independent bakers? Yes.
