Two years ago today, @POTUS signed the CHIPS and Science Act into law. From reestablishing American leadership in semiconductor manufacturing and shoring up global supply chains to strengthening national security and creating good-paying jobs, we are seeing the impact of this landmark law take effect across America, including right here in #SacramentoCounty. The Sacramento region is home to several world-leading semiconductor companies. The investments made in the CHIPS and Science Act are poised to significantly benefit these companies by fostering innovation, expanding their manufacturing capacity, and helping our region’s economy grow. Together with my colleagues, I will continue to build on this success by advocating for policies that support technological advancement and economic growth in our region.
