@British_Airways my case unfortunately is not done yet. I still need to call again to hopefully finalise the rebooking but I'm not able to get through customer service anymore. You are the face of British aviation and is this the best you have to offer?

@British_Airways don't you find it ridiculous that booking a new flight takes 15mins but getting rebooked takes several calls totalling over 2h? I tried to change my booking online of course but unfortunately your website doesn't allow me to proceed and I'm forced to call

@British_Airways is it normal that as a company your size it takes 3 phone calls to get rebooked on a flight that you initially cancelled? I have to wait on average 30mins for each call before reaching someone

@ubereats_uk if you decide to remain silent then your platform and service is flawed. I am sure you have logs to see that the driver clearly did not go to the correct address and was lost. At this point, ordering food from you feels like daylight robbery

Ordered dinner from @ubereats_uk and the food never arrived. Driver was constantly lost and couldn't find the address. I tried to help him on the phone but he eventually got too tired to deliver the food and went back home

@Names_Alice Thanks for taking the time to talk about this. It certainly gives all of us something to think about. On an individual level there's a lot we can do on our own, starting from our daily interactions with people around us
