$Payless already runs a facilitator, three payment schemes, an on-chain seller index, a public chart, and an agent that finds a seller and pays them on its own. Next we are opening all of it to everyone. Bring your API URL, a price, and a payout address. You get back an x402 URL that earns. No code change, no server, no chain knowledge. Payments go straight to your address. The proxy reads the destination from the signed witness, so it stays yours the whole way through. Every seller who joins lands in the on-chain index, gets a catalogue generated for them, and becomes findable by any agent that can pay. Building it now on Robinhood Chain.

Robinhood Chain has a working x402 economy and almost nobody knows it. Five addresses have been paid. Three different facilitators are settling those payments. Only one of each is ours. That last part is the point. We built the index that finds them, and it finds the ones who have never heard of us, because it reads the chain's canonical x402 proxies rather than our own traffic. An agent said what it needed. It found who sells that on Robinhood Chain, paid them, and got the data back. Nobody was in the loop. The part that matters is what stopped it from spending more: not our code. A contract holds the money and enforces the per-call cap, so the ceiling is a property of the chain rather than a promise from us. 0.03 USDG, wallet 0xE8f98Abe to seller 0x426f8846, block 57565044: 0x17bfabbf8a79de19fbf72ca94e0c5fb37c96868b847337b434337eda2b6727e5 The wallet holds 0.019 USDG now. It stays small on purpose. The most a leaked session key can ever reach is what is sitting in it. First run failed, by the way. The catalogue said what was for sale and not what it takes, so the agent called an endpoint that wanted an address nobody had given it. Manifests now publish their required inputs.

Good morning. Our indexer spent the night walking backwards through Robinhood Chain, one window at a time. It turned up a fourth seller in older history. Today it keeps going until it reaches the first block. When it gets there the chart stops saying "this is what we scanned" and starts saying "this is every x402 settlement on this chain." Everyone watches x402 volume move between chains. Nobody had the chart for this one, so we built it: payless.network/x402 It says how far back it has scanned, above the charts. Ours currently covers blocks 54,250,000 to 56,899,999 and is still walking backwards, so treat the totals as a floor. And the part nobody builds: the buyer side. /api/route ranks who to buy from by settlements observed on chain, not by advertised price. Prices are claims. Settlement counts are facts. All free, no key.

Robinhood Chain has had x402 payments running on it for months. Nobody was measuring them, and the plumbing everyone else uses does not work here. We spent the last stretch fixing both. Settlements over time, the addresses being paid, the facilitators broadcasting them, split by scheme. It also says how far back it has scanned, right above the charts.
