@CollinRugg I have zero faith in the jury and no one else should. All we can have faith in here is Trump. He’s done the right thing. If they decide to unjustly punish him then he’ll be more popular than ever. Trump will win in November. We’ll all win.

JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York. The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again. "The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported. Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations. "You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said. Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.

To his credit, @JDVance1 and @EliseStefanik have done more than others to support President Trump during this trial. And we all know JD is on the short list for VP. But I would like someone in Congress to explain why no movement has been made to subpoena Loren Merchan. I know a lot of members of Congress follow me on here. Can some of them please ask @RepJamesComer why Loren Merchan hasn’t been subpoenaed? It’s driving me nuts watching this play out when I have provided more than enough evidence for her to be subpoenaed.

Nice effort, Senator. But we are in closing arguments now @JDVance1. This should have been done on day one of jury selection when the gag order was first issued. Why not go hard and subpoena Loren Merchan? But, nice effort as it relates to the theatrical audition for VP.
