@bocachicacrane @SciGuySpace Hmmm I amend my own proposal for naming the thing that catches returning rockets. Could also use “grapple arms” and “grapple tower.”

@bocachicacrane @SciGuySpace Chopsticks is a lousy name for such a grand device. Better to call them grappling arms. The whole gizmo is a grappling tower. That’d connote strength and purpose.

Congratulations @elonmusk ! News is all on VW’s ev thrust. CNN even calls its new plants gigafactories. You vowed to remake all of automaking, and it’s afoot. Keep ur lead long as possible but u moved the world.

@Gf4Tesla @Tesla Giga Berlin is amazing, yes, but Giga Texas seems equally “fab”ulous with Lone-Star good ol’boy construction engineering neck-to-neck with German skills so far. One wonders how the final quality and speed metrics will compare. China’s as well, with India’s in the offing.

@elonmusk The next US presidential limousines HAVE to be from TSLA, prime mover in ev-universe. They’re due in a few years. Semi drive train + battery surely can handle the armored beast. Any chance?

@elonmusk Presidential Teslazine? Semi powertrain and battery pack might fit in a custom shiny black, bulletproof vehicle? Make it in TX. autoweek.com/news/luxury/a3…

@elonmusk - First things 1st natch, but if 30-min transcontinental StrShp flts w/freight or ppl still on the someday list, I assume it’d need neither booster nor nifty grappling tower, right?

@austinbarnard45 @elonmusk @elonmusk Say Elon, Great photo of crumpled but very recognizable nose cone and flap. Put it in storage. A museum will want it some day while Starships are zooming here there and everywhere.

So, @elonmusk , any thought on Boca Chica eventual need to face sea level rise? Move it? Higher foundations?

@elonmusk So Elon, we’ll miss you and the Fremont factory where we bought our S in 2012, but sure, go live in Texas. It needs an electro-mogul to dilute the oil-moguls. Nudge’em out of the past.

@ElonMusk The bare stainless steel Starship is a looker for sure. I haven't heard though: any plans to add logo, model registration numbers, other decor to the outside?

@elonmusk Cybertruck is great word. But long. Make it the model OX, because it’s sturdy. Your own will be the Musk Ox. Maybe not original thought? GO STARSHIP.

@Teslarati @elonmusk Hi Elon - Congrats on fully autonomous driving progress. Would you consider backing a ~ Delivery Job Protection Act wottever to avoid abrupt layoff of long haul truckers, ride share drivers, UPS, the lot? I fear teamsters etc. will greet TSLA Semis badly if job killers.

... @elonmusk cont’d: Speaking of long haul make the Semi your Tesla focus. 1000s of them on the interstates will cement the brand nationally as not just for greenies. And try not to take hit for laying off scads of truckers via robot driving.

@elonmusk Sir Richard nailed it. Get some rest, focus, delegate. We need you for long haul. Boring and SpaceX/Mars and Tesla too are ravenous demands. So throttle back a tad...
