@ITV got this badly wrong Emma Hayes is one of the most accomplished football coaches in the world. Yet was analysing a World Cup match from a set that looked more like a kitchen than a football studio. Would Guardiola or Mourinho have been presented in the same way? I think not

@amjonno When clubs rely heavily on external funding, even for positive things like infrastructure & development, it inevitably creates a model where long-term stability is linked to continued owner support. But it has a shelf life. It will live as long as the external cash flows in.
