@mathiasverraes Yes, I like it very much. A good tradeoff of effort to quality. Replaced my previous, Rancilio Silvia, which was more effort to use for a marginally better/more consistent shot. Grinder also grinds fine enough. Have had it about a year (pro model).

@GergelyOrosz @nytimes In their defense, the text continues, "You can also contact us via chat..." which is what I believe I did when I cancelled for a short time a while back. Also used chat to figure out a better package moving forward.

@roidrage In past years we've made batches until there are no more flowers...it's all good, just that there is a bit of extra oomph!, in our opinion, in the earliest batches. YMMV. Enjoy the liqueur!

@roidrage Agreed, it's great stuff, we have about 10L put away for the year. We find it's a bit better if you can pick the blossoms before the first rain falls, and we were lucky with that this year.

@johncutlefish I like this approach, thanks for sharing - what tool(s) do you use to capture these mind maps? I'm using Miro for many of my collaborative diagrams, and I use their mind map tool, but it's pretty limited.

@paulg I've recently moved to this approach, with one modification I got from a pudding recipe: seems to help the flavor to bring the milk to a boil a couple of times, then back off, before adding the chocolate.

@edward_tanguay Nice summary! Some things come to mind - Cognito will produce JWTs for authenticated users. You can attach code (via Lambdas) to stages of the authn. process to, for example, add claims to the JWT, or perform the password check yourself.
