@DartCharge so I’ve been online “ holding” for well over 4 hours to no avail, get through to the automated call system that cannot recognise any voices and no way of keying in a registration! Very frustrating! You want us to pay, but not giving us a way to pay! #unacceptable

@DartCharge how are we supposed to pay for a crossing? lines are engaged and the website isn’t working? I have a pre paid account also,and yet due to your systems issues, I am trying to pay a damn charge and yet if I don’t make payment by midnight tonight U will issue a ticket!!

@LBofHavering Just frustrating when it is one of the better parks that people go to and it’s something that is FREE to do with the kids in the holidays and it’s closed. Not everyone has the means to take children further to other parks, or take them on outings daily that cost money.

@LBofHavering I was told it was due to take place in December and was delayed. The ‘essential’ work could have waited for another 2 weeks surely? Putting new apparatus in when the older stuff is still useable, would surely have been more plausible than closing it for the 2 week Easter period?

It’s the start of the summer holidays and the kids can’t use the swings in central park as they are missing. It’s also disappointing that the see saw is damaged. @lbbdcouncil can you fix this before term starts??
