@IlliniGirlie @illinihead21 This one in a vacuum is definitely not a bad loss if it’s not a blowout. But it’s not happening in a vacuum and is part of a larger downward trend. Still think we’re a good team but the final four talk might’ve been a bit premature

@CollegeHoopsTIk As a fan there are worse things than having a number of sweet 16s and few elite 8s over a ~25 year tenure. My only hope is that at some point the dudes we recruit based on offensive talent happen to be Houston level athletes on defense
