Unacceptable service from T Brown. My vulnerable sister has had 8 half day appointments to get an issue fixed with her heating. That is 4 full days of wasted time. Another wasted time today. T Brown refuse to escalate for me @TBrownGroup

@Debenhams I’ve placed an order and I noticed it’s going to the wrong address and I’ve been told I cannot cancel it, yet I can’t collect it from the bank old address either. Why can’t I cancel it????

@LoveWilko I placed an order in mid November, which I still haven’t received. A couple of weeks ago, I requested a refund and each time I request, I am advised that my query has been escalated, and to wait 48hrs for a response! UNACCEPTABLE! Wilko are withholding my money!!!

@BMWGroup @BMWParkLaneUK @BMWmini this is how my car was returned to me last Weds having had the bottom bench replaced due to water ingress. It’s come back worse than when it went in, including dirty footprints! I’m still awaiting a response since then! #badcustomerservice
