Reminder: You're not too old for modern FPS. Aim assist has literslly gotten stronger over time across all major FPS titles. If you played during the Xbox 360 era of FPS, you might feel outclassed playing games like Marathon. You haven't gotten worse. Your reaction time hasn't slowed down enough to make a difference in online. I'm going to work on an article lining up a bunch of data to demonstrate this, but literally just take a multi vitamin and get some sleep if youre that worried.
