You can create an invoice in seconds, sync it with your accounting software, and send it with a click. But once the invoice is overdue, many teams still fall back to spreadsheets, reminders, and manual follow-ups. That part of the workflow deserves an upgrade too.

Every invoice looks the same, but the customer behind it rarely is. Payment history, responsiveness, and timing matter. Context doesn’t guarantee the right decision, but it usually leads to a better one. That perspective shapes a lot of what we build at Paystorm.

Better collections rarely come from one big change. They come from small improvements made consistently over time. That's why most teams start with one part of Paystorm and build from there.

Last week we attended the Odoo Business Show and spoke with teams already running on Odoo. You can now connect Odoo with Paystorm to automate chasing, manage collections, and keep customer communication in one place.

Last Friday we spent the day at the B2B Economic Conference in showing Paystorm to founders, accountants, and finance teams. Different businesses. Same problem. Getting paid on time still takes too much manual work. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth.

Last Thursday, we joined the ProMoney Forum. We spent the day talking with Payment Service Providers, exploring AML solutions, and getting a closer look at where banking and finance are going. It is always good to step out, have conversations, and come back with a few new ideas

Eric Saunders, CPA and founder of Balanced Financial, has joined Paystorm’s Advisory Board. Eric helps founder-led companies automate financial operations and get real-time visibility into cash flow and performance.

The effectiveness of a reminder often depends more on the channel than the message itself. You can now send overdue reminders via WhatsApp directly from Paystorm and capture every reply inside the platform. A more direct way to follow up, without losing visibility or control.
