A project we are currently building as our client carries out major renovations to his property. This local network system when complete will host 6 Ubiquiti ceiling access points along with 4 Ubiquiti in wall access points and supply connectivity to a HIKVISION system.

Another small network clean up, this client requested a new installation of a ceiling mounted access point and a clean up of their old infrastructure. We isolated all cables removed any unnecessary cables and and ran new colour coded cables and points.

A recent home installation we did extending the existing wireless infrastructure for a resident in the Waterfall area, we used two Ceiling based Ubiquiti WIFI 6 devices to ensure great signal throughout this clients home.

This was our first install with a non pro UniFi Dream Machine, super excited to try some of the new firewall/protection features aswell as the built in network monitoring agent. Our Ubiquiti network system runs in parallel with a home based security HIK and AJAX system.

We were called in to isolate a network point issue for one of the doctors at the Fourways Medi-Clinic. The fault was found and fixed and the older problematic router was replaced with a new TP-Link product we installed some fresh CAT5 cable and terminated some new leads.

Worked on this fantastic little Lenovo Yoga. We had to remove the entire motherboard from the chassis as the board was inverted against the palm rest we then added a larger NVME drive and a fresh coat of thermal paste while we had it dismantled.

We will never truly understand why laptop manufacturers decide to use little plastic mounts for their extremely strong and tight screen hinges. Wee had to do a very DIY job to fix the mounting points on this Dell laptop.

This MacBook Air received a good spill of coffee which shorted out the main board. A quick strip down and bath in propyl alcohol and its good as new with a complete post and start up.
