Reading 91% 45%GD Maths 89% 38% GD Writing 85% 22 % GD GPS 91% 39% RWM 85% 18% GD PP over 90% in all subjects and 91% combined. Not bad for a school with 25% SEN and 40% PP. It’s been an amazing journey, long may it continue.

@TTRadioOfficial @RogersHistory Most academies would have competed their budgets on LA recommendations (approx 7% teacher, 5% leadership) whilst this is not ideal it is significantly better than what most are predicting and will make a big difference to each school.

@WhistleblowingT Going to the union is not the first thing that you should do! Approach your head, discuss the change of role, express your dissatisfaction at not being consulted about this and the fact that you are taking on a new role. Is this something that you are happy to do? Work it out.

@Headteacherchat Contact the second school, speak to the head and explain your dilemma. They might be willing to bring forward your interview making your decision a tad easier!
