There’s a lot of issue in that industry. Landlords don’t want to have anything to do with it. Many agents depend on inspection fees. Agents want to be in control. Property managers don’t mind having it if it means sale. I would expect that big properties in too cities in Nigeria adopt it already, but they also haven’t.
