This time I made Posto (Poppy seeds paste) Paneer, Dhokar Dalna (Chana dal diamonds steamed and fried in spicy tomato gravy), Moong dal, Kala Chana with aloo, Yellow Squash stuffed with saag, Peach, tomato and gur chutney, Jhuri aloo bhaja, Basanti Pulao and crispy Dhania + Bok Choy Pakora. For sweets there was Mayur Pankhi Rasmalai and Kaju Malai Peda.
