@scottastevenson This applies beyond design too. When you're building a startup the voice is very loud (and justified?) The only time I find myself not having that voice is over weekends. Is that the same for you? Is it enough? or do you cultivate that some other way in your team?

@davidcrawshaw We do have a test suite. Amp often runs it for us. I'd say the agent runs it 90% of the time. We don't catch all regressions, of course. Sometimes things fail on main. Usually quickly fixed. Regression wise it's not different from any other team/product I worked on that had

ICYMI: Fresh new article dropped: What does "30% confidence" mean? You'd have to track your scores across every project, measure outcomes, and calibrate. You don't do that.
