@TLRailUK It is becoming diabolical everyday there is an issue, every year the price increases. It is not fair. You hide behind small refunds which is covered by the annual increase, perhaps the rules should be a full refund and then this may encourage you to get the service right and fair

@British_Airways Hi Fiona, this is not what the uk gov or ba website advised. I know it isnt your fault but is incredibly misleading. The uk gov website which was repeated on ba.com mentioned a predeparture test from 4am on Tuesday 7 Dec. This has created chaotic scenes at JFK

@easyJet i understand that our flights are moved from Luton to Gatwick, but you charge for allocated seating which have now doubled in cost now and your telephone agent was hugely rude and unhelpful - so disappointing

@British_Airways i requested 3 flight vouchers but was notified that I cannot have them as the outbound had already happened, so do i just lose the return? Can i cancel for a refund instead then? What are my choices please?

@British_Airways Hi Jools i have just checked again can you send a message to gatwick. It is 2 suitcases (1 blue and 1 maroon) the size of carryons with electronic TAGs on. I hope they will make the first flight to Nice tomorrow.
